There are better practices to best practices.
This statement is indeed an eyeopener. It shakes you up. It humbles you, no matter what milestone you achieve. It pushes you to look for the unfolded, invisible way not yet revealed to the world at large. Therefore, there are inventions. It is the talisman for inventors and scientists. This is what makes them restless, and they yearn for answers, for better solutions.
However, those who tread this path, in search of what manifests only in their minds as an idea or possibility, know that the path would be very lonely and difficult. To say the least, the masses would never recognize their thirst, and would at most times make fun of them. They would also be living a frugal life as there would not be funding for their cause, especially in our country. This touches upon another dimension why the brightest of the people prefer to go to the developed countries, where there are funds for research and development.
Another angle to this is that these handful innovators are almost atheist. Why? Because religion teaches us to be content. Satisfied. It asks us to be grateful for what we have. But this tribe wants answers of the unknown. Their constant companion is questions: Why? How? Why not?
It is their search for better ways to make life convenient and comfortable that we have appliances and devices, that have made life and living both worthwhile. We have faster solutions to do the work our grandmothers do. But sure enough our grand children will have better solutions. Who knows, just as we have devices and appliances to do our work, they, most likely may have robots to do their work. I am not an inventor so cannot think beyond.
The world will go on and there would be better practices to the best practices!Amen.
